The Space
The property catches the morning sunshine through the big open windows filling the space with light, perfect for sinking in to your morning coffee.
There is also hard flooring throughout which makes easy work of sandy feet after long days at the beach.
Other Things To Note
Please note, there is NO parking with the property, however after booking you will be sent info on local parking spaces and car parks available to pre book. There is one Double bed and 2 narrow single beds measuring 2ft 6 wide. The staircase to the bedrooms is steep and narrow.
Location
The house is on a small traffic free cobbled street in Downalong. Perfectly located, it’s just two minutes walk away from the main beaches and amenities that St.Ives has to offer. It’s in such great proximity to the town that it's really easy to pop out and back to re-charge, without having to spend the whole day at the beach or traipsing about town.
Getting around
St Ives Train and Bus station are within a 10min walk of the property. Taxi's can pick up outside both stations and can drop off right out side the front door for under £5 (depending what time you arrive).
As for parking, unfortunately the property doesn't have any designated parking :( but we are in very close proximity to some good parking options :) Approx 20m away you will find a public car park. This car park is privately run and may more expensive than the Council run long stay car park (Barnoon car park), which is approx 3-4 minute walk.
If your arriving by Airplane to Newquay Airport then you will need to organise transport from there. St Ives is about an hours drive from the Airport.
