Situated within our 300 acre farm, 'Horseshoe' and 'Grooms' offer self-catering accommodation within peaceful, rural surroundings and yet are within easy reach of local amenities and beaches. High number of return bookings.

We accept children over 5 years of age - sorry no pets - non-smoking accommodation.

'Grooms' and 'Horseshoe' are a pair of semi-detached granite cottages and are virtually identical in layout and furnishings. Originally built for the farm workers, they have undergone total renovation and have been modernised to a high standard, yet still retain much of the original character.

We have been providing holiday accommodation at Trevethoe for over 20 years, and the cottages are personally supervised by the whole family with great emphasis being placed on cleanliness and comfort.

Each cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

The accommodation is as follows for either cottage:

2 Entrance halls
Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker/fridge-freezer/microwave/washing machine together with ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
Lounge with LCD digital TV and DVD player as well as comfortable leather sofas
Separate dining area
Downstairs bathroom with WC, wash-basin and shower as well as shaver socket and heater
1 Double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms upstairs - all duvets/pillows/bed linen provided
Heating in every room
Night storage heaters available from 1st September to 1st May (available on request and at additional charge of £10 per week during other months)
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided
Ample parking adjacent to properties
Large gardens with garden furniture
Electricity included in price
Towels available for hire at £2.50 per person
