CARBIS BEACH APARTMENTS - XENON
Xenon is a luxury, third floor apartment in a modern development overlooking Carbis Bay Beach. This fully equipped, well maintained apartment offers our holiday guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beautiful beach is just a short walk from the property which provides watersports and tranquil seas. The property boasts stunning sea views from the glass fronted balcony, across the bay from St Ives to Porthkidney Sands and Gwithian Beach.
THE SPACE
The local scenic branchline station is nearby for taking a trip into St Ives, a five minute journey. There is private gated parking with allocated space. This apartment offers a wonderful relaxing experience, so close to the sea you can hear the waves.
LOCATION
Carbis Bay offers everything you need if you do not want to travel away from the area.
Carbis Bay is one of Cornwalls five award-winning Blue Flag beaches. Carbis Bay is a sandy beach which is excellent for bathers or small children as the waters generally remain calm. There are excellent water sports on offer with Ocean Sports online, kayaking and SUP boards, offering wetsuits. The beach offers a takeaway service should you require.
GETTING AROUND
Carbis Bay is a short train ride to picturesque St Ives or if you prefer a coastal walk which takes approximately 30 minutes. There are beautiful walks either way from the apartment to the nearby Hayle. Birdwatchers can walk along the east side of the beach at low tide to locate Porth Kidney sands and the RSPB bird sanctuary, an important home for sea birds.
There are bus stops, local taxis services, train services all available closeby.
We have an abundance of restaurants and bars in the area all offering superb menus and choices.
