We are a small, hard-working self-catering holiday accommodation agency based in the St Ives area of west Cornwall.

Our approach is quite simple; to provide guests with accommodation that goes beyond what they expect and making property owners’ lives easy by providing a full holiday home management service.

Our love of Cornwall is unrelenting and one we love to share with anyone we meet. Extensive exploration of its many coastlines and corners continues to amaze and inspire us on an almost-daily basis. Our select range of holiday homes are personally inspected by us. In fact we’ve played a part in refurbishing and furnishing a few of them ourselves, so we are supremely confident of the quality of accommodation offered by all our properties and we can also answer any little question you need to know.

Orange Roofs is led by Sam Sheppard. As an addict of the great outdoors and with a passion for all things property, Sam’s enthusiasm for holiday homes in Cornwall is as infectious as it is accomplished. As one of the best qualified individuals to advise holiday home owners on all things self-catering in Cornwall, she loves nothing more than to help people make a success of their property investments.

After years of working for national, international and local holiday accommodation providers, Sam took the decision to start out on her own and offer a consultation service to holiday home owners in Cornwall. A specialist in the industry and an eye for interior design, her professional expertise soon led her clients to encourage her to start her own small agency and manage their properties on their behalf. And so, in 2015, Orange Roofs was formed.
