Just outside St Ives, Horseshoe and Grooms cottages are located on our family farm in Lelant. We are ideally positioned to explore West Cornwall and are within easy reach of local beaches, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants as well as only a few minutes' drive from the A30.

Each cottage sleeps up to 4 people (3 bedrooms), are suitable for children over 5 and offer outdoor space, parking and WiFi. Sorry, but we don't take pets.

Prices range from £400 to £700 per week with short breaks available during some off peak periods. We are open from April to November

We have a high number of return visitors, many of whom describe us as their 'home from home'.

Personally supervised, a warm welcome awaits all of our guests.
