Lamorna is a contemporary ground floor apartment with on-site parking for one car. Situated in the grounds of The Tregenna Estate a couple of minutes from the Town Centre of St Ives. An ideal base for exploring St Ives and the South West Peninsula.
Access to the Tregenna Hotel facilities are chargeable. Please see hotel website for further details. Facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, golf course, tennis, badminton, squash and Bistro. The Tregenna Estate has everything you need to Escape, Relax and Unwind!
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen has been beautifully decorated and provides a comfortable L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, Blue-Ray DVD and Bose Bluetooth Speaker.
French doors open to the extensive grounds and gardens with communal BBQ area and picnic bench.
