An ideal location for couples and families to enjoy St Ives. At the front of the cottage is a small courtyard to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

There is a cosy lounge with a gas fire, furnished with a sofa, two relaxing chairs and a Smart TV/DVD, together with a large selection of games, films and books.

The kitchen/diner has a stable door onto St Eia Street. It is very well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

There are outside chairs and a selection of beach equipment in the hallway cupboard.

There is a large double bedroom at the front of the cottage with a king size bed and views over the rooftops.

There is smaller bedroom to the rear with 2ft 6" bunk beds.
