It has private enclosed parking for one car with internal and external lifts. Being only a few minutes walk to the town centre with its shops, restaurants and galleries, Sea La Vie is the perfect destination for a relaxing family holiday.
Once inside this beautifully presented open plan lounge/kitchen/diner there is luxurious seating with a Smart TV, DVD player and integrated music system. Doors from the living area open on to the front balcony with seating to enjoy the gorgeous sea views.
The very well appointed kitchen is fitted with Siemens appliances and includes an integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a wine cooler so that you can enjoy the sun set with a nice cold glass of wine. The kitchen has a microwave and electric oven with electric induction hob and the dining area with seating for four, has doors opening on to the back balcony which has ample seating for you to enjoy your meal al fresco.
The master bedroom has a stunning super kingsize bed with ample storage and a TV. The en-suite has a large walk in shower with toilet and wash hand basin. There is also access to the rear balcony.
The second bedroom is beautifully decorated in soft lilacs and has two full size single beds with two wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
There is a family bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet and sink.
In the hallway you will find a cupboard housing the washer/dryer.
The apartment benefits from a storage area and a wash down area, perfect to get rid of the sand and surfboards after a long day on the beach.
