SeaCrest 1 is a versatile three bedroom apartment that provides high quality, contemporary accommodation with parking for one car. The open plan living area, conservatory and outside patio area offer guests perfect spaces to relax and unwind in comfort after a busy day sight seeing.
The lounge looks out across Porthmeor beach, with Smart TV, BT YouView and DVD player.
A modern gas fire in the lounge is perfect for those lazy, winter afternoons or evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry area includes washing machine and tumble dryer.
Located over two floor there are two double bedrooms, The Captain's Cabin (on the ground floor) and The Brig. The First Mate's Cabin also located on the first floor, with shower ensuite, is a twin that can be converted into a double. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
On the ground floor there is a fabulous family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
The furnished patio area is perfect for summer evenings, with an added benefit of an outside shower.
