This recently refurbished 2 bedroom traditional cottage is believed to date back to 1825 and has been lovingly renovated by the owner to retain many of its original features whilst also making it a beautiful and cosy holiday home. 7 Trenwith Square is pet friendly and has a rear courtyard area, perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing or wandering around the many local shops, cafes and restaurants.
The lounge area has 2 deep seated sofas, and a Smart TV – perfect for a cosy night in.
There is also a dining area with a table and four chairs.
The newly installed kitchen features a built in microwave, slimline dishwasher, induction hob and electric oven as well as everything you would need during your stay.
On the ground floor is the shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.
The first floor is where you will find the two tastefully decorated bedrooms. The twin room has two single beds with a hanging rail for storage and views over the courtyard.
The good sized master bedroom has a kingsize bed with large hanging rail, drawers and sea glimpses.
Outside to the rear of the property is a raised decked area accessed via steps from the back door. This courtyard area has seating and is perfect for a morning coffee while planning your days adventures.

Please note as the property is a traditional cottage the stairs inside and to access the courtyard are steep and may not be suitable for some guests. Please supervise children at all times near stairs.
