Escape to St Ives are now taking bookings for 2019 for this fabulous house.

Trenwith Vean is a spectacular open plan contemporary four bedroom house located in a quiet semi rural part of St Ives. Minutes away from the vibrant Town Centre, the beaches, restaurants and shops. Sleeping eight, accepting pets and with parking for four cars this is the perfect family or friends getaway.

The spacious lounge has comfortable leather sofas with a TV and Sky entertainment package. There is a log burner for those cosy winter evenings. Patio doors lead out on to the private, enclosed decking area with seating an ideal setting to sit and relax after a day on the beach.

The modern dining area features a large table and chairs for eight to sit and enjoy a meal over looking the back garden.

The large contemporary fully equipped kitchen is a relaxed space for the whole family or friends to enjoy good food together. There is additional seating and bar stools for everyone to get involved.

The kitchen includes a built in fridge and freezer, a full size dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine and electric hob. For those that enjoy cooking the kitchen features two ovens, a plate warmer and a built in microwave.

Just off the kitchen is a games room featuring TV/DVD player with sky entertainment package. There is also a free standing American style fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with dressing table and ample storage. There is a TV/DVD player. This room features an en suite with a shower, toilet and hand wash basin. There are a further two bedrooms which have a double bed, a built in wardrobe and a TV.

The fourth bedroom has zip and link twin beds which can be configured as a super kingsize. There is a dressing table and a chest of drawers. This room also has sea glimpses.

The modern family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a toilet with wash hand basin and the mirror features a shaving port.

There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.

Just inside the front door there is a large cloakroom, perfect for all your coats and shoes as well as any beach equipment you would like to bring.

The utility room is where you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
