The Retreat is a recently renovated spacious, modern, contemporary and comfortable house situated down a private narrow lane in Ayr, St Ives. This house sleeps six with parking and has the added advantage of an outside courtyard; a fantastic space to unwind with a glass of wine after a busy day.

The Retreat is only minutes away from the Town Centre, Harbour, Galleries and Restaurants. A perfect location for a family holiday and is a fabulous base to explore St Ives and beyond.

The lounge hascomfortable seating with SMART TV and DVD. Wifi is also available.

The open plan kitchen/diner has an extendable dining table that seats six.

The kitchen has a contemporary design with Belfast sink and is well equipped with oven, halogen hob and extractor. There is also a fully integrated dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.

The Retreat has one double bedroom with shower ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. All the bedrooms have with modern wardrobe and storage space. There is also space for a travel cot in any of the three bedrooms.

There is a family bathroom with bath with shower over on the first floor.

An outside courtyard is available with seating which is ideal for a BBQ or a chill out on a summer’s evening.
