Sleeping 4, Sailor’s Retreat has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard to create a bright, comfortable home from home minutes away from the town centre of St Ives with its restaurants, galleries, cafes and museums. This property benefits from an off site parking space, perfect to explore all that West Cornwall has to offer.
The open plan lounge with kitchen/diner and main bedroom can be found on the first floor along with the bathroom. The living area is tastefully decorated and has a cosy L-shaped sofa and single chair. There is a Smart TV with DVD with a selection of books, games and DVD’s for you to enjoy during your stay.
The kitchen has lovely views across the rooftops of the town and is well equipped with a washing machine/tumble dryer, full size dishwasher, gas hob, double electric oven and a fridge/freezer. There is also a DAB radio, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table and 6 chairs provides ample room to enjoy a home cooked meal if you don’t feel like exploring the many restaurants and cafes that St Ives has to offer.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ample storage is provided with drawers and a wardrobe. Downstairs you will find the second bedroom with a super kingsize bed which can be configured as two single beds if required. There is also a TV and ample storage with drawers and a wardrobe.
