An open plan lounge diner with patio doors to a glass fronted balcony looks out to sea and has everything needed for a relaxing break, lcd tv with dvd and freeview, cd player, binoculars and a selection of books.  Take your morning coffee outside amid the sounds of the ocean, the gardens are perfect for a barbecue lunch.

The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, double oven with ceramic hob and microwave.  The light and bright bathroom has a bath with electric shower over and a plentiful supply of towels.

Coastal living continues into a double bedroom with fresh crisp linen and lcd tv. A window to the surf allows you to listen to the lapping of the waves as you drift off to sleep.

The sofa in the lounge converts to a double sofa bed for additional guests.
