The fabulous open-plan kitchen/dining area has a high stepped ceiling and two imposing arched sash windows and is dominated by a gorgeous, quartz centre island which is perfect for honing your skills in Cornish culinary delights. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cater for your holiday. There is a ceramic hob, two electric ovens, a wine cooler, a built-in dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer.

The glass dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special celebration.

There is also a utility room off the kitchen where you will find the washer machine, Bosch coffee machine, and access to the private courtyard.

The lounge area is on a mezzanine level located on the first floor, with a large three-seater sofa, bucket chair, pouffe and sizeable Smart TV. There is also a little nook area with two comfy chairs and a great selection of books, and games, perfect for family nights. The lounge is tastefully decorated in crisp greys with highlights of blues and yellows which lends itself to a relaxing and calming environment.

Located on the ground floor the master bedroom is beautifully decorated with eclectic pieces of furniture and soft furnishings. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, ample storage, and a signature bucket chair. There is also an ensuite shower room, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.

The second bedroom, located on the first floor is furnished with a king-sized bed, signature bucket chair, storage, and bespoke chest of drawers.

The third bedroom is also on the first floor and has twin beds.

There is also a family bathroom on the first floor with a bath and overhead rainfall shower, wash basin, WC, and heated towel rail.
