The modern kitchen is well equipped including an electric oven and hob, microwave, small inbuilt fridge as well as a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

The enclosed rear garden is a real gem. There is a patio area with a picnic table offering seating for guests, this is a great space for alfresco dining in the summer months. It also benefits from a barbeque.
