Sea Echo is a well presented one bedroom ground floor, holiday apartment with sea views in a fabulous position to take advantage of the surrounding golden sandy beaches. The holiday apartment is just a short stroll into the centre of St Ives where you can sample the fresh local cuisine and enjoy the galleries and boutique shopping.

The living, dining and kitchen areas are open plan, the living area having a comfy sofa, TV and pull out dining table.

The kitchen has distant sea views, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with a good size freezer compartment.

The master bedroom is accessed by four steps from the living area and has a double bed, TV and large hanging space for clothes. Full length windows look out over the sunny courtyard.

Outside the courtyard with table and chairs is a lovely spot for a morning coffee or a glass of something chilled after a day on the beach. The useful outdoor lockable store is great for surf boards and beach equipment.
