We have 2 gorgeous flats in St ives, which are available for bookings this Easter. Both with stunning sea views towards the harbour, and both just 5 minutes walk to the harbour front. Out flats are located in Park Avenue.

Our ground floor flat is called Andy's Place, and sleeps up to 4 people. It is ideally suited for families or couples, and has 1 x double bed and 2 x single built-in bunk beds.

The rental per week is £450.00 and this includes all bed linen, kitchen tea-towels, and heating. We ask guests to bring their own bath towels, or we can hire them for £4.00 per bale.

Nightly rates for short breaks: £110.00 per night. Minimum stay - 3 nights

Andy's Place:

Our first floor flat is called Sam's Place and sleeps up to 6 People. This flat is ideal for families, up to 3 couples, or small groups. It has 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom (with 2 x single beds that join properly to make a king-size with NO uncomfortable central rail), and a double sleeping platform or futon in the lounge. The rental per week is £500.00 and this includes all bed linen, kitchen tea-towels, and heating. We ask guests to bring their own bath towels, or we can hire them for £4.00 per bale.

Nightly rates for short breaks: £120.00 per night. Minimum stay - 3 nights.
